| Responsibilities and Duties : |
- Manage day-to-day spa operations, coordinate with guests & hotels, and handle the team for top performance. Experience working with spas of leading hotels is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure, sales oriented.
- Selling packages & memberships and generate maximize spa revenue.
- Responsible for quality & Hygiene Standard.
- Scheduling appointments, getting customer feedback & ensuring professional and good services.
- Initiating bulk sales with corporate around, and maintaining relationships with customers
